SCART / HDMI to HDMI Video Converter

The SCART/ HDMI to HDMI converter can convert and output NTSC or PAL signals to a 720P/1080P HDMI. This allows retroconsoles or retrocomputers with SCART cable to be operated on HDMI devices.
