KickRom-Flash 4-way Flash-Rom switch

With the KickRom Flash 4-way switch, you can switch between the 4 banks (kickstarts) on one or two KickRom Flash modules using a rotary encoder from the outside or via the keyboard (Langley variant). There are three versions of the switch (selectable above):

1. Version for mounting on the ventilation slots of the Amiga 500/600/1200 (picture 1, 2 and 6)
2. Version as a TV port for mounting with the TV modulator removed in the Amiga 600/1200 (Fig. 3, 4 and 7)

Features

• Convenient switching of the 4 banks from the outside via a rotary encoder or via the keyboard in the Langley version
• Set for one (A500/600) or two (A1200) KickRom flash modules available (selectable above)

System requirements

• Amiga 500/600 or 1200 in keyboard housing
• One (A500/600) or two (A1200) built-in KickRom flash devices
• TV modulator must be removed for TV port variant.
• Langley variant for A1200: CIA chip must be free.

Included

• Switchover board incl. housing and rotary encoder or TV port variant
• Long cable with plug on one end for connection to adapter and stripped cable on the other end for connection to the switchover board. The new TV port version has a cable with two plugs so that it can be plugged in directly.
• Single adapter with A500/600 version, with A1200 version additionally a double adapter
• A1200 version: Short cable for connecting the second module
• Langley variant for the A1200: Langley adapter including two long cables plus a single adapter and a double adapter.
